Right to withdraw

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the products ordered through our e-commerce portal, within 10 working days from receipt of goods, provided that the products delivered sealed, have not been consumed or put into service and original integrity of goods is maintained. The cost of the return shipment will be at your charge, while the seller will be responsible for refunding the amount paid by the customer (including any delivery charges).
Pursuant to article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the prescribed period, a written notice to the Company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The notice may also be sent, within the same period, by email, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. The cost of returning the goods to the sender shall be borne by the buyer and this is the only expense that the Customer shall incur. In accordance with the provisions of said rule of law, the selling company is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the consumer within thirty days from the date on which it became aware of the right of withdrawal. Refund, however, is usually made within 15 days.
If the return is due to damaged or wrong goods, the customer is obliged to inform us within 3 days after receiving the package; we shall replace the non-conforming items or make immediate repayment.

IMPORTANT: Ser-Vis Srl accepts returns of opened packages only if the product is originally faulty.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and re-packed for shipping, otherwise the courier company is not authorized to collect them.

Ser-Vis srl makes no expressed or implied warranty on the results obtained from the use of the products sold.
