«Star anise (Illicium verum). Properties: anti-spasmodic, stomachic, carminative [facilitates the expulsion of gas], general stimulant (cardiac, respiratory, digestive) and sedative for these organs, galactagogue, aphrodisiac; diuretic.
  - dyspepsia

- nervous vomiting.
Essential oil: 4-5 drops, 3-4 times a day on a sugar cube [or with honey, hot milk or a little sugar or directly on the affected part (stomach, belly, chest…): a few drops of essential oil, pure or diluted in vegetable oil, and gently massage to help absorption] » [1].
