(bromelain 2500 GDU/g), microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, betaine HCL or chloride, lactic culture blend (titrated to 10% in each of the following ATCC strains: Bifidobacterium bifidum SD5215, breve SD5206, lactis SD5219; Lactobacillus acidophilus SD5212, brevis SD5214, bulgaricus SD5589, casei SD5213, paracasei SD5275, plantarum SD5209, rhamnosus SD5217), silicon dioxide°°,  (L-)cysteine HCL or hydrochloride, (L-)cystine, glycine, (L-)histidine, (L-)lysine HCL or hydrochloride, taurine, (L-)threonine, manganese gluconate, corn or rice maltodextrin, plant-based magnesium stearate°°, copper gluconate, star anise (Illicium verum) fruit E.O., lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf E.O., fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fruit E.O., peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaf E.O.

Directions for use

 It is recommended to take 6 tablets one to three times a day at any time (6 to 18 tablets a day). Close accurately after use.
